Antoine Jourdain, age 52, graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique. He began his career in 1992 in France as an engineer drilling on the underground storages of gas then in Houston in Texas on exploration production projects. 
In 1997, he joined the distribution activity of EDF in Limousin and in Morbihan where he managed the whole customer activity.
In 2002 he is appointed to the management of the Strategy of GDF and worked on the IPO and the restructurings imposed by European Regulations.
IN 2006 he moved to Hungary as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Egaz-Degaz, subsidiaries of Engie. In 2008 he joined Eustream, the company in charge of the transit of Russian gas in Slovakia, as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
In 2012 he is appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SSE, in charge of the distribution and of the sale of electricity on a third of Slovakia’s territory. 
Antoine JOURDAIN joined Enedis in 2014 as Interregional Director and in December 2017 was promoted to “Directeur Technique ” (CTO) in charge of development of Smart Grids, and integration of massive development of renewable on French Territory.

Paul Barham is responsible for the safe, reliable and economical delivery of electrical power to our customers. He oversees the Engineering and Planning functions for Transmission and Distribution, field operations for Transmission and Substation, and the grid modernization and asset management programs associated with electric delivery. 

Barham has been with CPS Energy for over 32 years. He has served in a variety of positions at our utility, including leadership positions in Power Generation, Generation Planning and Energy Market Operations.

Barham has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas.

Josh is Director of Innovation at Duquesne Light Company, where he leads Company’s Innovation Center, identifies and maintains a portfolio of innovation opportunities, and serves as the principal liaison with external parties focused on innovation. Prior to joining Duquesne Light in 2019, Josh founded and led a new innovation department called the Innovation Hub at Con Edison. Previously he led the Department of Energy’s Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E’s) commercialization efforts focused on the electric grid where we worked with companies such as AutoGrid, Varentec, and Smart Wires who raised over $300M from investors such as Bill Gates. The remainder of Josh’s career has been spent at the intersection of energy and innovation, including a stint at Innosight Ventures, an investment firm based on the applied research of the late Dr. Clayton Christensen, disruptive innovation theorist and Professor at Harvard Business School. Josh has a Certificate in Electrical Engineering from Siemens Power Academy, a Master’s of Business Administration from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College.

Sam Choi
Sam Choi
Manager, Emerging Technologies & Renewables, Orlando Utilities Commission

Sam Choi is the Manager for Emerging Technologies and Renewables for OUC—The Reliable One, the 14th largest municipal utility in the United States. Sam is responsible for overseeing the development of new renewable energy projects and programs as well as evaluating and demonstrating emerging technologies.  His efforts are key to OUC meeting its sustainability goals and staying on the cutting edge of clean energy technology. Sam is currently leading OUC’s efforts in acquiring new utility-scale solar power, development of a microgrid, and advancing integration of distributed energy resources and battery storage in OUC’s grid.

Previously, Sam was a Project Director at Boston Pacific Company, Inc., an energy consulting firm in Washington DC that specialized in financial and technology advisory of power project investments in the electric utility industry. For close to a decade at the firm, Sam consulted for a number of investor owned utilities, state public utilities commissions, and federal government agencies on several billion dollars of new investment.  His work leading such efforts spanned a range of technologies from solar, wind, geothermal, to energy storage, ocean energy and HVDC transmission. 

Sam received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from George Washington University.  Sam serves on the Florida Energy Systems Consortium Advisory Board.  He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Todd Glass is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he leads a market-leading energy development and finance practice focused on the representation of energy companies, project developers, and investment banks engaged in competitive new business models, technologies, and financing mechanisms revolutionizing how energy is generated, sold, and consumed in the U.S. electric power sector.

Todd has extensive experience with the development, purchase, and sale of renewable and thermal generation projects; structuring, negotiation, and implementation of energy transactions and financings; and state and federal regulation of the energy industry. He served as lead project counsel in the commercialization, project development, regulatory approvals, and financing of alternative energy projects and technologies, including solar photovoltaic (PV), concentrated solar, wind, energy storage, , hydroelectric, biomass, natural gas, and clean coal. Notably, he has led some of the most significant energy deals in North America, including landmark projects, such as the 14.2 MW Nellis AFB Solar Project (the first utility scale solar PV project in the US), BrightSource Energy's power purchase agreements (totaling 900 MW) for its Ivanpah project (the world's largest solar thermal power plant), and Stem's 85MW energy-storage enabled distributed demand response agreement in Southern California (a first-of-a-kind utility scale energy storage transaction).

Todd also teaches Energy Project Development and Finance, as an Adjunct Faculty/Lecturer at UC Berkeley School of Law.
