Suparna Kadam is a Business Development Director with EnterSolar focused on providing enterprise clients with comprehensive solar and storage solutions with a compelling, long-term ROI. EnterSolar is a leading national commercial solar & storage developer.

With over 15 year in the solar industry, she has worked throughout the solar value chain at solar module, electronics and mounting manufacturers and within commercial and residential sales and business development.  As a cofounder of a microinverter startup built from technology concept to commercial sales, she’s led the efforts to make solar cheaper and simpler for customers.  After raising Series A venture funding and reaching sales targets, she sold the company to SunEdison, a Fortune 500 company, for over 3x valuation. She continued developing new technologies and markets for SunEdison’s Technology and Residential divisions.

Suparna holds an MS in Chemical Engineering and MBA from MIT and a B.S. Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.

Angela Monroe is a Senior Analyst with the Maine Public Utilities Commission with nearly three decades of experience in energy policy and utility regulation. Ms. Monroe has worked on the front-lines of energy policy and regulation during extensive transformations of Maine’s electric industry.  She has served as senior member of the Maine Public Utilities Commission staff for over twenty-five years, as well as serving as the Director and Deputy Director of the Maine Governor’s Energy Office under two different Maine Governors between 2016 and 2019.  Ms. Monroe is a native of South Thomaston, Maine and received her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine in 1988.

Noah Shaw is Co-Chair of the Renewable Energy Practice at Hodgson Russ LLP, a New York-based multidisciplinary law firm where Noah and his colleagues represent a broad range of renewable energy and energy efficiency market participants including developers, lenders, government entities and others. Prior to joining Hodgson Russ in September 2019, Noah was General Counsel at the New York State Energy Research and Development Association (NYSERDA) where he had a hand in the New York State’s 2019 Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act, its 2016 Clean Energy Standard, large-scale renewable energy procurements, design and implementation of the offshore wind program, including leading all legal and regulatory work concerning contract design and compliance, and the state's electric vehicles, community solar, energy storage, Property Assessed Clean Energy, building efficiency and related initiatives. Before joining NYSERDA, Noah was Senior Advisor to the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Energy, and he began his career at the law firm Mintz Levin, in Boston.

Matt Hankey is the Co-Founder, President & CEO of New Energy Equity, LLC. Under Matt’s leadership New Energy Equity has installed more than 165 renewable energy installations in 11 different states, totaling more than $440,000,000 in total transactional value and was ranked by Solar Power World in 2019 as the 36th largest solar company in the United States and as the 491st fastest-growing company in the US by Inc. Magazine. Prior to NEE, Matt held senior management positions with two Mid-Atlantic renewable energy companies where he was responsible for the management of the development and implementation of renewable energy projects within each companies footprint. Prior to entering into the renewable energy industry in 2010, Matt worked in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance with M&T Investment Banking Group in Baltimore, MD where he assisted in the execution of multiple corporate finance transactions totaling over $430 million in enterprise value. He received his BS in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from Ohio State University.

James McGinniss is Co-Founder and CEO of David Energy. David Energy is creating a new kind of electricity provider by becoming the first Retail Electricity Provider to focus exclusively on customers with behind-the-meter assets.

Prior to founding David Energy, James founded and led a team of 30+ UT-Austin engineers that competed in the Elon Musk led SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition, where teams were invited to build pods to race on a one-mile test track. They won the SpaceX Innovation Award after two years spent building their prototype, one of three teams to be recognized.

James holds an M.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from UT Austin and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Physics and Math.

Selya oversees the Residential Solar Investment Program (RSIP) which provides upfront rebates and performance-based incentives for residential solar photovoltaic (PV) projects. Prior to RSIP, Selya served in two roles since joining the Green Bank in 2010, including implementation of technology innovation programs for pre-commercial, clean energy technologies, and leading CT’s first participation in the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) SunShot Initiative Rooftop Solar Challenge to address solar PV soft cost issues. Before joining the Green Bank, Selya was a Senior Analyst for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Washington D.C. focusing on analysis and research for the DOE Solar Energy Technologies Program. Selya has a BS in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MA in Mathematics from the City College of New York.

Dogan Yiginer is a strategy manager at Consolidated Edison Company of New York. He is responsible for customer value creation through grid modernization and distributed energy resources. He holds dual undergraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering & Economics and Master of Business Administration.

Prior to joining Consolidated Edison, Dogan worked as a consultant for various construction and utility companies in North America, Europe and Middle East designing sustainable buildings, conducting Demand Side Management potential studies, providing guidance on energy efficiency program design and implementation, leading integrated resource plans, and performing evaluation, measurement and verification (EM&V) activities.

Brett Simon is a senior energy storage analyst at Wood Mackenzie - formerly GTM Research, focusing on the U.S. behind-the-meter energy storage market. He leads GTM Research’s quarterly U.S. storage market report, The U.S. Energy Storage Monitor, published in collaboration with the Energy Storage Association. Prior to joining GTM, Brett earned a Master of Science degree in sustainable systems at the University of Michigan School of Natural Resources and Environment. He first became interested in energy storage systems and their potential to revolutionize the energy sector through his coursework and master's project. Brett also holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and environmental studies from New York University.

Dan is the head of the Energy Storage team at Wood Mackenzie (formerly GTM Research), where he focuses on front-of-the-meter energy storage applications. He previously worked as a Senior Consultant with DNV GL where he focused on competitive energy markets and the intersection of emerging energy business strategies within the broader evolving technological and regulatory environment. Prior to DNV GL Dan worked with Navigant Consulting and the Department of Energy.

Dan has 10 years of experience in the energy space as a researcher, consultant, and analyst. Dan holds a Master’s of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst Wind Energy Center and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics-Physics from Brown University.

Elta is the Grid Edge Content Lead at Wood Mackenzie Power & Renewables (formerly GTM Research), working on demand-side management in U.S. electricity markets. Prior to joining GTM, Elta pursued a joint Ph.D. funded by the European Commission on Sustainable Energy Technologies and Strategies at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. During her doctoral studies, she researched demand response policies for the implementation of smart grids and has presented her work at both U.S. and European conferences in addition to publishing in international scholarly journals. Elta holds a Master of Science degree in economics and management of network industries and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Union College.

Alexandre Baldassano is a founding partner of Genscape's Energy Management services, formerly GP Energy Management. Baldassano runs Genscape's renewable energy and regulatory services businesses where he leads a team responsible for navigating the dynamic regulatory environment to identify, structure and execute unique solutions for renewable power producers to monetize their assets. He also oversees REC portfolios for more than 30 compliance and voluntary buyers, and maintains their overall compliance at the State and federal level. Notably, in 2018, Baldassano structured the first frack-free gas attribute transaction of its kind. Previously, he worked with the premier international environmental commodity hedge fund, Natsource LLC where he held various roles in origination, marketing, and portfolio management. Baldasssano has a BA in Economics from Haverford College and a MBA from Fordham University.

Fei Wang is a Grid Edge Resedarch Manager with Wood Mackenzie Power & Renewables (formerly GTM Research), specializing in customer energy management. Fei was previously a consultant in ICF’s energy practice where she worked on assessing the impact of environmental regulations for commercial, government and non-profit clients. Prior to that, Fei earned her Master of International Affairs with a concentration in energy and environment from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). During graduate school, Fei worked with New York Power Authority (NYPA) on renewable energy procurement, the State Energy Plan and the ReCharge New York program. Fei holds a B.A. in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College.
