Dr. Antoniadis is responsible for DuPont Photovoltaic (PV) Solutions global technology and for accelerating the introduction of next-generation DuPont materials and offerings into the solar energy market. He joined DuPont in 2011 with the acquisition of Innovalight, Inc., where he was chief technology officer & vice president of Engineering. Prior to Innovalight, his 20-year career included positions with Osram Opto Semiconductors, Hewlett-Packard Labs and Xerox. Widely recognized in the PV industry, he regularly serves as a lecturer and conference chair at leading industry events. Dr. Antoniadis has more than 60 publications in crystalline and amorphous silicon photovoltaics, OLEDs, and polymer materials and has 25 issued U.S. patents. He earned a B.S. in physics from Ioannina University in Greece and his Ph.D. and M.S. in physics from Syracuse University.

Mr. Auerbach is founder and Managing Partner of Hudson. Formerly, Mr. Auerbach was a Partner at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he co-founded the U.S. alternative energy investment business within the Special Situations Group and led several of Goldman’s most successful investments in renewable energy. Mr. Auerbach founded and managed several other businesses at Goldman during his seven year tenure with the firm, supervising over 30 professionals in the U.S. and Europe, and presiding over a $3 Billion balance sheet. Mr. Auerbach worked in the firm’s Debt Capital Markets and Credit Derivatives units before joining the Special Situations Group in December 2003.

Mr. Auerbach is a member of the Leadership Council, American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE), and serves on the Executive Committee of ACORE’s Partnership for Renewable Energy Finance. Mr. Auerbach is a member of the U.S. Council on Competitiveness, Commissioner on the National Commission on Energy Policy, and serves on the Advisory Council of the Prince of Wales' Rainforest Project. Mr. Auerbach leads Hudson’s global efforts to engage with the political and business communities to develop policy frameworks that best facilitate the scale-up of clean energy.

Raghu Belur has 15 years of experience in engineering and engineering management. He started his career at the Indian Institute of Science where he worked on a team developing an alternative energy gasification system. He was an early engineer at Cerent where he was responsible for the development of the optical 2.5Gig interface for the Cerent-454 ADM. Cerent was subsequently acquired by Cisco for $7 Billion. At Cisco, Raghu was managing the team developing the 10Gig interface products for the ONS-15454. He co-founded Enphase Energy Inc. with Mr. Fornage in March of 2006. Raghu has a MSEE from Texas A&M University.

Karin Berardo, leads emerging market solar business development and operations, and also financing solutions for M+W Group’s solar activities worldwide.  Prior to M+W, Ms. Berardo founded SIRES Advisors, where she drew on over 20 years of experience in structured finance, fund management, organizational management and policy to provide financing solutions to clients in the renewable energy, water and sustainable agriculture sectors.  Ms. Berardo also co-founded CleanPath Ventures, where she raised capital for and managed a development equity fund to bring 10 MW of utility and commercial projects to the US market; and she spent 10 years at real estate and renewable energy company MuniMae, where she was instrumental in closing over $500 million in institutional investment funds in the US, Africa and the Middle East, while also working in Structured Finance, Financial Risk Management and Corporate Planning.  Ms. Berardo holds a Masters in Public Policy, an International Masters of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies, all from the University of Chicago.

Yann is a known solar expert, who founded and runs SolarWakeup, a daily newsletter that thousands of solar industry professionals have read every day since 2012. Yann has been cited for his perspectives on the solar industry in numerous publications, including Greentech Media, PV Magazine, PV Tech and the local business journals.

Previous to Conergy, he co-founded several solar companies within the EPC and finance segments. He is deploy involved in solar public policy and works with national trade groups to advance solar policy across the Country. In 2011, Joe led Swinerton Renewable Energy’s technical services team where he managed both the field operations team and the in-house SCADA team after their development of the utility-scale monitoring program, SOLV. Joe now runs MaxGen’s day-to-day operations and is responsible for all company strategies and contracts. MaxGen is an independent, third-party, O&M provider for all power plant facilities. Under Matt's guidance, Suniva's sales organization has developed strategic commercial relationships with leading EPCs nationally and internationally, with major customers in North and South America, Asia, and Europe, and developed an industry-leading distribution channel.

In October, 2014, Matt was appointed to a two-year term with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee, chartered with improving export competitiveness of these sectors.

He has also held senior positions in Sales, Marketing, Channel Development, Strategic Alliances, Product Management, and Systems Development, at various high-technology companies including Air2Web, Infinium Software, KnowledgeWare and Sprint Telecommunications after starting his career in application development at MCI.

From September 2004 to June 2005, Mr. Chatila was the Vice President of Operations of the Cypress Memory and Imaging Division, and before that he served as Managing Director of the low power memory business unit in the Memory and Imaging Division from January 2003 to September 2004. Mr. Chatila initially joined Cypress in 1991 and held a number of management roles in wafer technology development, manufacturing and sales since that time, including the positions described above. From November 1997 to December 1999, Mr. Chatila worked for Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) as Senior Account Manager, before rejoining Cypress in January 2000. Mr. Chatila has over 20 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry, with increasing responsibility as an executive during this time, prior to his appointment as our President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Desentis is the Country Manager, Mexico and Business Development Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean of Yingli Green Energy. Mr. Desentis is responsible for the sustained commercial success of Yingli’s regional business and for executing upon the sales and marketing strategy in order to meet or exceed sales and margin targets.

Mr. Desentis  worked as new products development specialist at PREI Latin America and was responsible for the identification, structuring and marketing of new products offered by PREI Latam. He worked on the structure of a Residential CKD, a commercial exit fund and a Chilean Fund. Previously Mr. Desentis duties included management of the joint venture, property prospecting and acquisition, asset management, property sales, as well as the monitoring of the assets of the society.

Before working at PREI Mr. Desentis worked as an customer service analyst at The Dow Chemical Co. where he was responsible of the reporting of sales and ordering of the plastics and chemical business.

Brian Farhi is a market and product strategy professional with more than 15 years of experience in energy and the high tech industry. He has successfully launched more than a dozen new products in the software and hardware spaces that have been marketed in B2B and B2C channels.

George W. Hershman is the Vice President and General Manager of Swinerton Renewable Energy (SRE), a division of Swinerton Inc. Originally founded in 1888, Swinerton Builders is one of the largest general contractors in the Country. Mr. Hershman began his tenure at Swinerton in 1997 as a Project Manager, working on a diverse set of projects ranging from a Los Angeles Airport runway, tunnel expansion to a $150-million renovation of the Los Angeles Zoo. In 2006, he was promoted to San Diego Division Manager of Swinerton Management & Consulting. In this capacity, he oversaw Construction Management assignments for municipal and education clients throughout the San Diego region. In response to the growing demand for renewable energy, Mr. Hershman took on the task of building Swinerton's presence in the Renewable Energy Sector in 2008. Since starting the group, he and his team built SRE into one of the largest Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) firms in the Country. In 2014, SRE formed a stand-alone plant management group called SOLV to enhance plant operations through specialized analytics and customized services.  Both the EPC and SOLV teams are consistently ranked in the top five (5) among industry leaders in annual solar company rankings.  SRE has performed over 1GW of EPC work and SOLV group manages over 1.2GW of solar and wind assets. This includes projects throughout the United States and Canada. With over 30 years of construction experience, Mr. Hershman has become a recognized expert and industry leader in the engineering, construction and management of solar power plants. Mr. Hershman is an elected Executive Committee member and sits on the Board of Directors of the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA).

Lorenz brings over ten years of experience in energy and solar power and twenty years of diversified experience in business building, sales and marketing, operational performance improvements and M&A. Prior to assuming his current role, Lorenz was with Quanta Services, a leading specialty contractor in North America, where as president of Renewable Energy Services he developed the company’s solar strategy allowing Quanta to become the leading solar EPC company during his tenure. Prior to joining Quanta Services, Lorenz worked for the global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company in Houston where his work focused energy firm growth, performance transformations and renewable energy. Eran Mahrer serves as Vice President of Market, Utility and Government Origination. He joined First Solar in 2014 and leads the company's engagement with utilities on solar planning and programming. Prior to joining First Solar, Mr. Mahrer served as the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Programs for the Solar Electric Power Association (SEPA). Dr. Mahesh Morjaria has been with First Solar over seven years during which he has had several leadership positions. He brings more than 30 years of advanced technology, engineering and product development expertise in energy and other fields. In his previous role at GE Energy, Dr Morjaria was the engineering leader for wind turbine and wind plant controls.  Under his leadership GE successfully commercialized advanced control and SCADA features for the GE wind business.

Mr. Matt Murphy is the Director of Operations & Maintenance for Borrego Solar and is based out of the regional headquarters in Lowell, Massachusetts. Matt is responsible for the routine maintenance and incidental service required on all of Borrego Solar's commercial and public-sector solar energy systems  from the time they are interconnected to the electrical grid until they are decommissioned, ensuring the system equipment produces electricity at the projected levels for the duration of their usable lives. Prior to joining Borrego Solar, he worked for three years at the Vermont-based electrical contracting company Peck Electric, where he was instrumental in creating and running Peck's solar PV division and was responsible for every job function from sales to system commissioning.
