    Doyle is the President and CEO of NRG Solar and an Executive Vice President at NRG Energy. Doyle was instrumental in building NRG Solar into the largest solar company in the country from an equity ownership perspective. He transitioned the company from a start-up utility-solar development company into one of the most diverse solar companies in the business focused on both utility and distributed solar. In addition, Doyle brought engineering, procurement, construction and manufacturing into NRG Solar in order to meet his objective of best-in-market installed cost.

    Joining NRG in 2009 as President of NRG Solar, Doyle has more than 25 years of domestic and international energy industry experience that includes engineering design, development, asset management, M&A, and substantial P&L ownership. As Executive Vice President of Global Development at BrightSource Energy Inc., he led efforts to secure one of the largest portfolios of power purchase agreements in the solar industry and has also held senior management positions with InterGen and Foster Wheeler Energy Corp. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.

    Raffi Garabedian joined First Solar in 2008 as Director of Disruptive Technologies, and was promoted to Vice President of Advanced Technologies in 2010, overseeing the Company’s advanced research and development operations in Santa Clara, California, and was promoted to Chief Technology Officer in May 2012. Prior to joining First Solar, he was founder and CEO of Touchdown Technologies, a semiconductor test equipment company. Prior to that, Mr. Garabedian worked in the semiconductor and microelectromechanical systems industries for over 15 years, developing new products ranging from automotive sensors to telecommunications switching systems, and holds more than 20 issued patents in these fields. Mr. Garabedian earned a BSEE degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic University and an MSEE degree from the University of California at Davis.

    Howard Wenger serves as SunPower president, regions and is responsible for the company’s global residential, commercial, utilities and power plants business, including sales, business development, customer operations, sales and finance operations, and engineering, procurement and construction.  Wenger also serves as president of SunPower Corporation, Systems, the company’s turn-key power systems group.  Previously, he was SunPower president, utility and power plant (UPP), and from 2007 through 2009, Wenger served as president, global business units, where he helped grow SunPower’s sales more than 500 percent.  Prior to the company’s acquisition of PowerLight Corporation in 2007, Wenger held positions at PowerLight as executive vice president and a member of its board, and as vice president, North American Business, for AstroPower, Inc (acquired by General Electric.)  During his career in the solar and utility power field, Wenger has authored dozens of papers and public policies to mainstream solar power and developed software programs and tools still in use today.  Wenger holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Prior to SolarCity, Tanguy was the CEO of Vivint Solar, a company he co-founded in 2011 and grew into one of the largest residential solar providers in the U.S. in less than two years. Vivint Solar was acquired by the Blackstone Group in October 2012. Prior to his time at Vivint, Tanguy served for seven years as a vice president at TPG Capital, a global private investment firm with $48 billion of capital under management. He led TPG's investments in a range of companies in Europe, Asia and North America during his tenure. Prior to joining TPG, Tanguy successively served on Merrill Lynch's energy investment banking team, and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, the bank's private equity division. He has served on the boards of the TDF Group, an operator of shared facilities and terrestrial networks in Europeand HKE, a leading Chinese renewable energy company. Tanguy holds a bachelor's degree from ESCP in Paris.

    Mr. McLanahan is the President of Global Services for SunEdison.  Global Services provides comprehensive Asset Management and O&M services to PV owners around the world.  The portfolio of assets under management currently exceeds 1,900MW. Mr. McLanahan was one of the original founders of the solar development company Renewable Ventures in 2005, which became FRV US and was acquired by SunEdison in the third quarter of 2011. Mr. McLanahan was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing external solar project opportunities for the company to complement internal development activities. Previously, Mr. McLanahan was at Gap Inc. for seven years in corporate finance. Prior to that, he was on the EMEA financial planning team for Compaq Computer in Munich, Germany. He has more than ten years of business planning experience in corporate and startup environments. Mr. McLanahan has a Masters Degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in International Business from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

    Diana L. Drysdale was named Vice President - Renewables of PSEG Energy Holdings in January 2010. Since joining the company in 2008, she has been responsible for the strategic growth and operations of PSEG’s unregulated solar subsidiary which includes both development and acquisition of a number of utility scale solar facilities across the country. Ms. Drysdale was named President of PSEG Solar Source in September 2011.

    In April 2011, Ms. Drysdale was named Vice President of PSEG Resources, where she assumed responsibility for PSEG Resources’ real estate portfolio of headquarters buildings, multi-tenant office buildings, shopping centers, and single stores located throughout the US which includes 46 properties totaling more than 7.5 million square feet. In this capacity she is responsible for ongoing management and strategic optimization of the portfolio including asset dispositions. She also assumed the lead of Resources’ environmental assets, primarily the Demand Management Company (energy conservation assets) and a co-investment in a flue gas desulphurization plant.

    Ms. Drysdale brings broad experience in the energy and utilities sector in both regulated and unregulated businesses in the US and Canada. Before joining PSEG, Ms. Drysdale led the Enterprise Risk Management efforts at Limited Brands and prior to that at Northeast Utilities where she delivered a highly effective integrated ERM framework for both the regulated and unregulated energy businesses. She worked for seven years with ENMAX Corporation in Calgary, Canada where she held the positions of Vice President of Strategy and Risk Management and Vice President and Treasurer. At ENMAX she played a key role in the successful growth and operations of the company which included a number of renewable energy endeavors. Ms. Drysdale also worked for TransAlta Corporation in Calgary, Canada for seven years in various engineering and management roles which included significant experience with the company’s generation plants.

    Ms. Drysdale holds a Bachelors degree in chemical engineering from the University of Calgary in Alberta Canada; an MBA from Queen's School of Business in Ontario, Canada; and has completed the Finance for Senior Executives program from Harvard Business School. Since 1993, she has been a licensed professional engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta. She has served on several boards in both the US and Canada and has been a member of the Bloomfield College Board of Trustees in New Jersey since 2008 and the G.I. Go Fund Board of Directors since 2011.

    Minh Le is the Director of the Solar Energy Technologies Office within the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), where he helps manage and balance a roughly $1B multi-year portfolio of research, development, demonstration, and deployment programs to achieve the goals of the SunShot Initiative.  The DOE SunShot Initiative is a collaborative national initiative to make solar energy technologies fully cost-competitive with other forms of energy by reducing the cost of solar energy systems by about 75% before 2020. Reducing the total installed cost for utility-scale solar electricity to roughly 6 cents per kilowatt hour without subsidies will result in rapid, large-scale adoption of solar electricity across the United States.  Prior to his current role at the DOE, Minh spent his career in the semiconductor and solar industry developing technologies and scaling new technologies to high volume manufacturing.  Minh earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees from MIT, where he held fellowships with DOE, the Department of Defense, and the Bose Foundation.

    Tom Leyden is one of the solar industry’s early pioneers.  He began his solar career in 1980, when he launched a solar thermal sales and integration company in Maryland and Virginia. Since then he has held a number of executive management positions. He was VP of Sales and Marketing at EPV, a thin-film PV manufacturer, and at WorldWater, a remote-power and solar-water pumping company that installed solar projects in Africa and Asia.  He served as vice president of East Coast Operations for PowerLight Corporation, the commercial photovoltaics pioneer acquired by SunPower in 2007, where he became head of the most productive commercial-systems operation in the US.  Prior to Solar Grid Storage, Mr. Leyden led the commercial division of SolarCity as vice president of Project Development.  Mr. Leyden has served the industry in various other roles, including President of MDV-SEIA and Mid-Atlantic SEIA, board member of national SEIA and PV Now, and advisor to the Interstate Renewable Energy Council. Mr. Leyden holds a BA from Princeton University.

In 2009, Joe was the Commercial Operations Manager at Advanced Energy Inc., managing their O&M sales and contract negotiations. In 2011, Joe led Swinerton Renewable Energy’s technical services team where he managed both the field operations team and the in-house SCADA team after their development of the utility-scale monitoring program, SOLV. His career has spanned research and development, product management, marketing, sales, general management and operations in major global organizations such as NEC, AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Agere Systems, and abroad in Germany, U.K., and Japan. Before founding Innovalight, Mr. Burke was the Sr. Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Oclaro and was a venture partner at Sevin Rosen Funds. He has received the Technology Pioneer Award for cleantech innovations from the World Economic Forum, and in 2010 the President of Ireland presented him with The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. Mr. Burke attended The London Business School and received his B.S. in physics from University College Dublin and his M.S. in physics from Trinity College Dublin.

    Evelyn received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Business and Law from the University of California at Berkeley and has completed professional post-graduate courses in Business/Marketing Management and Financial Accounting.  She was a Steering Committee member of the US Department of Energy's Solar America Board for Codes and Standards (Solar ABCs) and instrumental on UL’s involvement in several SunShot initiative grant awards.  She is an active partner with many industries associations globally in the technology areas of focus.  Evelyn is UL’s Working Group member with truSolar, an industry consortium working to create standardization and confidence in investment screening of commercial / industrial PV power plant projects.

    Evelyn has spoken at numerous industry conferences and seminars on renewable energy technologies, the role of testing and certification in market access, reliability and durability and the technology convergence at a system level, including at past SolarPower International, SNEC in China, Intersolar India, PV Taiwan, Intersolar NA conferences, and at several US DOE technology / industry meetings and events.

    David Christy represents governments and private-sector clients on international trade matters, including World Trade Organization (WTO) litigation and negotiations, trade policy, trade remedies and customs. His counsel includes designing and implementing lobbying efforts before Congress and the executive branch as well as before foreign governments. David's worldwide representations include serving (with a colleague) as the first private counsel to argue a WTO member government's case before a WTO panel, and representing Saudi Arabia in its accession to the WTO. His achievements during more than two decades of practice have earned him a reputation as a "recognized WTO expert," according to Chambers & Partners Global. 

    A member of the Business practice, David focuses on WTO negotiations and dispute settlements, U.S. trade policy and U.S. anti-dumping and countervailing duty proceedings. Sovereign clients he has advised include Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Indonesia, Jamaica, Japan, Poland, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, St. Lucia, Taiwan and Thailand. He has advised sovereigns on a multitude of commercial trade issues, ranging from subsidies and anti-dumping duties, to labeling and product specifications, to government procurement, services and intellectual property. He has advised companies in a variety of sectors, including agriculture, aircraft and aircraft engines, automobiles, bearings, chemicals, distilled spirits, electronics, including computer chips, energy, financial and other services and steel. 

    David is a long standing adjunct and visiting professor at several prestigious institutions. At Georgetown University Law Center, since 1997, he has taught courses on the GATT and WTO Agreements, the Uruguay and Doha Rounds, WTO disputes and U.S. trade policy. He serves on the faculty of Georgetown's Academy of WTO Law and Policy at the Institute of International Economic Law. He also teaches at American University Washington College of Law and Catholic University of Lyon in France. 

    A graduate of The University of Chicago Law School, David has been quoted extensively by the BBC, Voice of America and other global media on international trade and WTO issues, and has been published in Foreign Policy.

    Peter W. Davidson was appointed by the Obama Administration to serve as the Executive Director of the Loan Programs Office at the U.S. Department of Energy, the largest Federal project finance organization in the United States.  Mr. Davidson oversees the program’s $32 billion existing loan and loan guarantee portfolio in renewable energy and advanced automotive technologies, making the Department of Energy the largest cleantech lender in the country. 

    Prior to leading the LPO, Mr. Davidson was Senior Advisor for Energy and Economic Development at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and was the Executive Director of New York State’s economic development agency, the Empire State Development Corporation.  Prior to his government service, Mr. Davidson was an entrepreneur who founded and managed six companies and was an executive in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley & Co.
