Travis Bradford

Founder, President, and Director, Prometheus Institute for Sustainable Development

Travis founded the Prometheus Institute in 2003 as a means to connect the vast reach and power of industrial and capital markets with the technologies necessary to sustain and develop long-term economic well-being for people around the world. Travis is currently the Editor-in-Chief of PVNews, the solar energy industry's oldest newsletter, and is the author of Solar Revolution: The Economic Transformation of the Global Energy Industry published by MIT Press. He is also a partner at Atlas Capital, a hedge fund based in Cambridge, MA.

David Arfin

Vice President, Customer Finance, SolarCity

David Arfin is a serial entrepreneur with strong financial, business development, and marketing skills. David founded FirstEnergyFinance.com (acquired by SolarCity), was co-Founder and CEO of GlooLabs, Inc (acquired by Cisco Systems), co-Founded Flywheel Communications, and was Founder and CE of CLE Group (acquired by Practicing Law Institute). Prior to launching companies, David was a Lobbyist in Washington DC for the Association of American Universities, a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs in Los Angeles and an Intern in the Israeli Knesset. David received an MBA from Stanford, an MA in Public Policy Analysis from the Claremont Graduate University, and a BA in Political Science from UCLA, where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa and a regular of Pauley Overnighter Club. David served as President of the Board of the Gideon Hausner Jewish Day School and is a utility infielder for the SolarCity Sluggers.

Bill Barnes

CEO, Cleantech America, Inc.

Cleantech America founder and CEO Bill Barnes specializes in managing diverse teams of professionals to site, license and finance complex industrial projects, focusing on energy and renewable energy generation, waste reduction and manufacturing facilities. He has more than 20 years of experience in award-winning strategic communications, regulatory issues management, and stakeholder relations for clients in energy, financial services and municipal government.

Mr. Barnes is the former CEO and president of the San Francisco-based Barnes Clarke Inc., one of California's largest independent government affairs and marketing communications firms. He is a former political editor of the San Francisco Examiner/Chronicle, and a former editor of Time magazine.

He is co-founder, with Joan Barnes, of the Gymboree Corporation, and has participated in the start-up of successful companies in the energy and technology industry.

Chris Beekhuis

President and CTO, Fat Spaniel Technologies

Mr. Beekhuis has more than 20 years of software engineering and technology management experience. Since he founded Fat Spaniel Technologies in 2003, Mr. Beekhuis has closed a total of $27 million in funding and grown the company to more than 1,400 installations in 13 countries. Prior to founding Fat Spaniel Technologies, Mr. Beekhuis was VP, Renewable Energy Systems Division at Salas O'Brien Engineers Inc. and VP, Engineering at eFinance Corporation Inc. He has held management and development positions with Digital Market Inc., Silicon Graphics, AddStor Incorporated, and DynaMedix Corporation. Mr. Beekhuis is LEED 2.0 accredited.

Matt Cheney

CEO, MMA Renewable Ventures

Matt Cheney is CEO of MMA Renewable Ventures, a business that is responsible for financing and investing in facilities that generate renewable energy. Mr. Cheney joined MuniMae in 2006 in connection with the Company's acquisition of Renewable Ventures. Prior to establishing Renewable Ventures, Mr. Cheney was CEO of NUON Renewable Ventures USA LLC, and Director of North American Business Development for NV in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Mr. Cheney has more than twenty-five years in civil engineering, energy, and environment, including experience with the U.S. Agency for International Development in South America, the National Rural Electric Co-op Association's International Programs, the U.S. Department of Energy in energy policy, and as the Director of the Utility PhotoVoltaic Group, now the Solar Electric Power Association. Mr. Cheney has a B.S. from The American University and a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies.

Steve Daniel

Executive Vice President-Sales & Marketing, Akeena Solar

Mr. Daniel provides over 25 years experience in high-tech sales and business development management. Most recently, he was at BEA Systems, Inc. managing sales in the western U.S. with Global Systems Integrators such as Accenture and Deloitte. Mr. Daniel also worked at MarketFirst as Vice President of Western Sales and as Senior Sales Director at Exodus Communications. Mr. Daniel holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst

Daniel Englander

Analyst, Greentech Media

Daniel has a significant background in law, policy, and economics, with a specific focus on China and emerging market theory. His interest in green technology stems from this and the belief that technology will save the future. Before joining Greentech Media, Daniel worked for the Supreme Court & Appellate Practice Group at Mayer Brown LLP in Washington, D.C. Daniel has presented on international trade at Beijing University and has published a paper on China and property rights in a leading economics journal. Ed Feo

Ed Feo is a partner in the international law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. He co-chairs the Firm's project finance and energy practice and is a member of the Firm's Global Executive Committee. Mr. Feo represents companies in corporate and financial transactions in the energy and infrastructure industries, and specializes in renewable energy projects. Milbank is recognized as one of the leading renewable energy law firms in the world, most recently having been named by Project Finance/Dealogic as the Number 1 Global and U.S. Renewable Energy Legal Adviser for 2006. Mr. Feo graduated with a BA and JD from UCLA, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, the Board of Editors of the UCLA Law Review and Order of the Coif. Mr. Feo is a member of the Board of Governors of the Aquarium of the Pacific and the Board of Directors of the Pacific Coast Sailing Foundation.

Arno Harris

CEO, Recurrent Energy

Arno Harris is a solar industry veteran and successful entrepreneur. His career features a number of solar industry milestones, including the sale to Google of the largest US corporate solar generating system. Prior to Recurrent Energy, Arno was general manager of EI Solutions, serving large-scale commercial and government solar customers. EI Solutions was formed when Arno sold his pioneering solar business, Prevalent Power, to Energy Innovations in 2005. Arno's previous experience includes founder and leadership roles for startups that include WineShopper.com, RedEnvelope (NASDAQ:REDE), and Novo Media Group. His background combines marketing, sales and consulting with experience serving such clients as Berlex, Toyota Motor Sales USA, GlaxoWellcome, MCI, Apple Computer, Hewlett-Packard, Nikon Precision, IKEA International and NBC Digital Publishing. Arno writes about solar and renewable energy on his blog Clean Energy Future.

Mac Irvin

Managing Director of Structured Finance, SunPower Corporation

Irvin directs the structured finance activities supporting SunPower solar installations worldwide. In 2007, he oversaw the financing of more than 100 megawatts in solar power projects. He was instrumental in arranging a $200 million project finance facility with Morgan Stanley, and a similar bundled financing package with GE Energy Financial Services to finance five solar installations totaling approximately eight megawatts.

Prior to joining SunPower, Irvin was chief financial officer for BPL Global, a provider of broadband and smart grid networks over electrical power lines. He holds an A.B. from Stanford and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Nat Kreamer

President & Chief Operating Officer, Sun Run

Nat decided to start Sun Run while serving with the U.S. Special Forces in Afghanistan because he wanted to live in a cleaner, safer nation. He worked in power industry consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving Fortune 500 energy companies and financial institutions. Before PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nat completed $300 million in venture investments in the Clean Technology Ventures group and was a member of the Emissions origination and trading group at Enron. He was also the Manager of market research and customer care at Epipeline. Nat holds an MBA from Rice University and a BS from Northwestern University. He is a U.S. Navy Officer (Reserves) and a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal. An avid sailor, he co-founded Delphia Yachts USA, an award-winning brand of pleasure sailboats. Nat is a member of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, National Audubon Society, Nature Conservancy, and Sierra Club.

Amy Corinne Smith

Senior Vice President, Co-Head of Alternative Energy Banking, Lehman Brothers

Amy Corinne Smith, a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, is Co-Head of the Firm's Alternative Energy Banking group. In this role, Ms. Smith is responsible for continuing to build an Alternative Energy platform across all alternative energy sub-sectors and geographies.
