- Fuel cell developer ReliOn announced a $23mm Series C round of funding, with new backers PCG Clean Energy & Technology Fund and Robeco Clean Tech Private Equity II joining existing investors Oak Investment Partners, Enterprise Partners Venture Capital, Wall Street Technology Partners, Chrysalix Energy Venture Capital, Buerk Dale Victor, and ReliOn's former parent corporation, Avista Corp. We mentioned the round a few weeks back when a regulatory filing came out. VentureWire reports that the round was at a flat valuation on the company's last funding round from 2006.
- Xunlight, the thin-film solar company formerly known as MWOE, announced a $22mm Series B (note: link opens pdf) led by Trident Capital, and including existing investors Emerald and NGP.
- Solar concentrator startup SkyFuel announced a $17mm Series B led by Leaf Clean Energy.

- VentureWire reported that ConsumerPowerline has raised an internal round of financing, but gave no further details on the round.
