Clean Power Finance, an online solar financing and installation platform for businesses, named Michael Pope as CFO. Most recently, Pope was COO and CFO of MarketTools.com, a firm acquired by Texas Pacific Group.

 

EnerNOC (ENOC), a provider of energy intelligence software, hired Fielder Hiss as VP of Product Management. Hiss comes to EnerNOC from 3D software company Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation.

 

Demand Energy Networks named Gregg Patterson, former president of the renewable energy business at solar inverter firm Advanced Energy, as CEO. Demand Energy Networks integrates cloud, big data, analytics, and distributed energy storage.

 

World Energy Solutions (XWES), an energy management services firm and energy broker, named Martha Danly as its COO, promoting her from Chief Product Officer. 

 

Kelsey Lynn joined Imperial Innovations as Director of Technology Ventures after six months in an advisory role at the firm. Lynn was most recently a partner with Firelake Capital.

 

Engineering consulting firm Haley & Aldrich named Anntonette Alberti, former VP of TetraTech, as SVP of Energy. Diane Sullivan, former VP of EDR Environmental Sciences, joined Haley & Aldrich as VP of Energy Development. Alberti previously led the $300M Electric Power Initiative. Sullivan is an environmental scientist and regulatory specialist.

 

Dan Primack of Fortune's Term Sheet gets the scoop: "Sean Park has joined Khosla Ventures as VP of finance, after having served in similar roles at SAP Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners and BlueRun Ventures. Seems related to the recent departure of Khosla Ventures CFO Shelbi Peralta to parts unknown."
