The Digital Ad Campaign Coordinator is responsible for acting as a liason between GTM's clients and sales force to ensure the timely delivery of all online advertising, lead generation, webinar programs and other marketing services provided by the company. The campaign manager is also responsible for detailed client reporting on the progress of each of these campaigns. There are a lot of campaigns running simultaneously, so the need for exceptional organization and scheduling skills is paramount.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire process, after a sale is closed, of delivering and reporting on client campaigns, including online advertising, lead generation, webinars and other marketing services offered by GTM
  • Act as a liason between GTM's sales force and its clients to ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time and in full
  • Provide detailed monthly reporting, on a client-by-client and campaign-by-campaign basis to enable clients the ability to understand the effectiveness of any given campaign
  • Work with sales and management to make sure that the appropriate GTM contacts are always up to speed with available ad inventory, email marketing scheduling, etc.
  • Interpret data to make recommendations for improving internal products/services and external client campaigns
  • Work closely with sales and digital marketing throughout the lifespan of any given campaign
  • Manage DFP campaigns
  • Organize and manage back-end production of client webinars, including managing the webinar process with the client, leading up to the webinar date
  • Identify and manage media partnerships


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in digital media, marketing, communications or related fields preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in digital advertising and/or digital media
  • Experience with both internal-facing and external-facing (client)
  • Experience with DFP or similar ad serving software
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices for digital advertising
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skill
  • Experience with and/or understanding of basic HTML/CSS preferred
  • Experience in B2B online media preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with and support the Research Sales Director while managing their own sales pipeline
  • Work with analyst team to build a complete understanding of the company’s market research offerings, from published reports to customized consulting and market trackers
  • Target and work with high level decision makers at global companies whose work paves the way for green energy advancement
  • Follow-up with incoming prospect leads and manage the sales process from start to finish
  • Assist in coordinating and participate in client meetings, calls and presentations
  • Travel to trade shows and GTM events (roughly 5 events per year)

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • Background in sales and/or customer relations
  • Familiarity with the solar energy industry a plus
  • Research or consulting sales is a plus, but not required
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM systems a plus 
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to be assertive when needed
  • Extremely strong organization and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn, attain goals, and contribute in a team atmosphere

 

Location

This position will be based in Greentech Media’s Boston, MA office.
